What We Check Before a Shipment Leaves
Buyers in the US and Europe ask about compliance before they ask about price. Here's what's standard on every order, and what we confirm case-by-case.
Commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin are prepared for every order to clear customs in your destination country.
Every order is checked against the approved sample — dimensions, color match, and finish — before it's packed. Photo or video verification is available on request before we ship.
Certifications such as GoodWeave (fair labor) and OEKO-TEX (material safety) are confirmed per order — ask us for current status and documentation when you enquire.
Import requirements differ between the US and EU markets. Tell us your destination and we'll confirm what documentation applies to your order.
