Handmade Rug makes handmade rugs in India and sells them to homes, designers and retailers. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, company, country, the products and quantities you are interested in, and your message. Our servers also keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and samples, arrange delivery, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who we share it with
Only with people and services needed to do the work: our own team, our email and hosting providers, and shipping and customs agents when an order is being delivered. They may process your information only for that purpose.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work (for example, to protect forms against forgery).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
